We go beyond evaluating candidates' past experiences and aspirations; we employ a thorough process to reveal their true personality, character, motivations, values, and attitudes. Our goal is to evaluate the candidate's potential for success in the role you offer. "Real" headhunting involves finding candidates that no one else can, through diligent investigation. Therefore, we avoid contacting candidates via LinkedIn or other social networks, creating CV databases, or using job boards. Additionally, we do not post job advertisements.

Godefroy Jordan is a serial entrepreneur in the digital, consulting, and human resources industries, with over 25 years of experience. He serves on boards of directors and invests in growing companies within the digital services and B2B sectors. He is recognized as an expert in digital transformation, business strategy, and change management.

A pioneer of the Internet in France since 1995, he has led and founded several proptech startups (Immostreet, SmartHab), network infrastructure companies (Starting Dot), and sports marketing ventures (Galaxy Foot). From 2006 to 2011, he was Deputy CEO of Spir Communication, responsible for internet operations (Logic-Immo.com, Topannonces.fr, Lux-Residence.com) and served as a board member of Leboncoin.fr and CarBoatMedia -Lacentrale.fr.

In 1995, he founded the web marketing agency Alpaga, which became part of the global BBDO network in 1999 (an Omnicom entity). He then became CEO of B2L/BBDO, a digital communication agency named ‘French Interactive Agency of the Year’ in 2000.

He has advised major French groups on their digital and e-business projects, including Peugeot, Chanel, Orange, EDF, La Poste, Auchan, and Axa.

From 2009 to 2016, he served on the board of the think tank Renaissance Numérique as Vice Chair. He was also a member of the Organizing Committee for the French Internet Governance Forum in 2014 and 2015.

He graduated from IEP Paris (Sciences Po, 1991) and holds a Master degree in Marketing from IEP Paris (1993).

After beginning his career teaching mathematics, Gilbert Ysern joined the French Tennis Federation (FFT) in 1987, where he headed the competitions department. Notably, he served as the "tournament referee," managing the entire sports organization of Roland-Garros from the 1989 edition to 1999.

After a year at the ATP headquarters in Florida (1999-2000) as Vice President in charge of the sports sector, he joined Amaury Sport Organization in 2000 as Deputy Managing Director (Tour de France, Paris-Roubaix, Dakar Rally, Paris Marathon, French Open Golf Championship, etc.).

At the start of 2009, he was called back to the FFT as General Manager and Director of the Roland-Garros Tournament, positions he held until 2016.

In parallel, he presided over the "Racing Club Narbonne Méditerranée," the rugby club of his hometown, from 2003 to 2008. Since 2004, he has chaired FRANCE OUTDOOR Sports Events, which unites and develops the outdoor sports sector around event organizers.

With a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, complemented by a specialization from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden, she spends her free time traveling, and is keen on hiking, photography, and theater.

Beata Assaf is distinguished by her excellence in the field of digital transformation and management, with a sharp expertise in new technologies, publishing, and data. She joined OP SEARCH in 2021 and brings a unique approach combining a deep understanding of technology with an intercultural sensitivity to human aspects, enabling her to effectively advise her clients.
Currently, she leads various missions, notably with investment funds and venture capital companies, as well as boards promoting women within these entities.

A graduate with a Master’s Degree (DESS) in Multilingual Engineering from INALCO and a Master’s in Management from INSEAD, Beata acquired rebost experience with major media groups such as Vivendi, Havas, and Lagardère, as well as in consulting startups, always in an international environment.

Multilingual and multicultural, Beata was born in Poland, is Lebanese at heart, and is French by adoption, and when she is not working, she enjoys relaxing in Normandy where she loves hosting family and friends.
