After beginning his career teaching mathematics, Gilbert Ysern joined the French Tennis Federation (FFT) in 1987, where he headed the competitions department. Notably, he served as the "tournament referee," managing the entire sports organization of Roland-Garros from the 1989 edition to 1999.

After a year at the ATP headquarters in Florida (1999-2000) as Vice President in charge of the sports sector, he joined Amaury Sport Organization in 2000 as Deputy Managing Director (Tour de France, Paris-Roubaix, Dakar Rally, Paris Marathon, French Open Golf Championship, etc.).

At the start of 2009, he was called back to the FFT as General Manager and Director of the Roland-Garros Tournament, positions he held until 2016.

In parallel, he presided over the "Racing Club Narbonne Méditerranée," the rugby club of his hometown, from 2003 to 2008. Since 2004, he has chaired FRANCE OUTDOOR Sports Events, which unites and develops the outdoor sports sector around event organizers.

With a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, complemented by a specialization from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden, she spends her free time traveling, and is keen on hiking, photography, and theater.

Beata Assaf is distinguished by her excellence in the field of digital transformation and management, with a sharp expertise in new technologies, publishing, and data. She joined OP SEARCH in 2021 and brings a unique approach combining a deep understanding of technology with an intercultural sensitivity to human aspects, enabling her to effectively advise her clients.
Currently, she leads various missions, notably with investment funds and venture capital companies, as well as boards promoting women within these entities.

A graduate with a Master’s Degree (DESS) in Multilingual Engineering from INALCO and a Master’s in Management from INSEAD, Beata acquired rebost experience with major media groups such as Vivendi, Havas, and Lagardère, as well as in consulting startups, always in an international environment.

Multilingual and multicultural, Beata was born in Poland, is Lebanese at heart, and is French by adoption, and when she is not working, she enjoys relaxing in Normandy where she loves hosting family and friends.

Laurent Dreyfus possesses diversified and in-depth expertise in management and strategy, particularly in the Automotive, Construction, Logistics, Real Estate, and Media sectors.

Starting his career within major groups such as L’Oréal, Lagardère, and Wanadoo, he then dedicated himself to the emergence of data and digital technologies, and to supporting management in their strategic thinking regarding institutional and commercial communication. Passionate about roles that not only involve skills but also strong situational and collective intelligence, Laurent naturally focused his career towards identifying and selecting top talent.

Laurent holds dual degrees from Rouen Business School and a DEA in Organizational Sociology from IEP Paris.

Raphaël Meyer has been advising and supporting private companies and public organizations for over 25 years, bridging the gap between organizational strategy and the quality of recruitment policies. He is also a recognized expert in various areas of human resource optimization and change management.

With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and as a consultant to executive management, his diverse experiences have led him to collaborate with leading players in the industrial, agri-food, services, and consulting sectors, as well as with the three Public Service branches.

Before joining OP SEARCH, Raphaël gained diverse experiences, first as a recruitment and human resources consultant, then as a consulting firm executive, and finally in general management.

He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Nancy and a D.E.A. in Socio-Economics of Work from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar.

Emeline PERALTA is a headhunting professional who excels in assisting companies with complex challenges. Her experience in multiple industries has led her to work with stakeholders in the Construction, Banking, Retail, Energy, Food, and Transportation sectors.

Emeline has spent her entire career at OP SEARCH, experiencing the full role spectrum of the headhunting profession. She started as a Research Officer, progressed to Manager, then Consultant, and finally became Director of the Research Department, gaining a solid expertise in team management.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, Emeline also obtained a European Diploma in Higher Education in Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in sports activities such as football and volleyball with her family.

Charlotte Lecomte has successfully adapted her commercial expertise to the world of recruitment, which she pursues passionately with an approach based on listening, honesty, and empathy. Her clients range from large international corporations to SMEs and cover numerous sectors including Medical, Construction, Aeronautics, Mass Retail, Hospitality, and Manufacturing.

Before joining OP SEARCH, Charlotte held commercial roles in various retail outlets where she contributed to revenue growth. She also worked for the French Red Cross.

Isabelle Prigent is known for her ability to take on challenges that have led her to develop her headhunting expertise in diverse fields such as Industry, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, and Wellness.

She recently completed her training with an MBA from Plymouth Marjon University (UK), along with a Project Management certification from the Chartered Management Institute (UK).
