A graduate of a DESS in multilingual engineering (INALCO), supplemented by several Executive Programmes in Management at INSEAD, Beata quickly specializes in new technologies, publishing and data, in an international environment.

Passionate about human within the challenges of digital transformation, Beata has developed a great expertise of organizations, change management and « business processes » through her various professional experiences, in large media groups (Havas, Vivendi or Lagardère) and in a consulting start-up (Clarice).

Multilingual (French, English, Polish, Russian and Arabic) and multicultural, Beata joined OP SEARCH in 2021 and today brings her range of skills to the firm’s clients.
