Efficiency and transparency

Twenty-five years ago, I created OP SEARCH wishing we had a different or new outlook on recruiting methods, more specifically on our job as headhunters. It was about opening new spaces. OP SEARCH was thus born to embody this desire to explore all the possibilities of this market, to track down habits and a priori.

From the outset, OP SEARCH has been focused on two key values : efficiency and transparency, legitimate requirements of our customers.

Joined by experienced consultants from the business world, sharing our vision of the profession and determined to promote it, we have gradually perfected our model of recruitment by direct approach: fast, powerful and enriched every day by the contribution of each one.

OP SEARCH is today one of the two entities of Apsim Group, European leader in headhunting. In parallel with HEADHUNTING FACTORY, which is involved in identifying candidates for positions ranging from 25 to 70K€ annual salary, OP SEARCH continues its development on “complete” hunting missions of Executive, Top and Middle Management profiles.

I hope we shall have the opportunity to expand our views on our atypical approach to headhunting, marked by innovation, ethics and respect, at the service of our clients and our candidates.
