Twenty years ago, I wished we had a different or new outlook on recruiting methods, more specifically on our job as head hunters.
It was a case of creating new options. OP SEARCH was therefore created to fuel the will to explore without hindrance the market resources, to track down the habits and the preconceptions in order to increase the value of clear transparent action for the profit of greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Joined by consultants sharing this same vision of the profession and determined to promote it, we have elaborated and fine-tuned an efficient fast and powerful method of direct approach.This method is very much alive as it is enriched daily by one another’s inputs.
I hope we shall have the opportunity to expand our views on our atypical approach, innovative stamp, ethics and respect, at the service of our customers and candidates.
